We guarantee we will ship your order on time. In the unlikely event we do not ship on time, we will upgrade shipping (up to $250 per order at no additional charge to you) to meet your delivery date.

Our shipping date guarantee does not cover delays in transit time or delivery delays once your order is in the possession of UPS, FedEx or other shipping/delivery services. Direct Designs cannot guarantee 24 Hour SuperRush service in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God or any other events outside of Direct Design's reasonable control.
